| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou implementace technologie robotické automatizace procesů (RPA) do firemních procesů. Jejím cílem je zhodnotit a analyzovat postupy využívané při inkorporaci robotické automatizace procesů do firemních procesů a výsledky zkoumání porovnat s konkrétním praktickým příkladem implementace RPA v rámci společnosti HOPI s.r.o. V teoretické části práce je tato technologie představena, jsou vysvětleny základní principy jejího začlenění do firemních procesů a také jsou popsány projektové fáze takové implementace. V praktické části je potom popsán pilotní RPA projekt ve společnosti HOPI s.r.o. Její klíčovou součástí je srovnání fází projektu a jeho výstupů s teoretickou částí. Tato část také obsahuje vyhodnocení dopadů projektu pohledem projektového týmu. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the implementation of robotic process automation (RPA) technology in business processes. Its aim is to evaluate and analyze the procedures used in the incorporation of robotic process automation into business processes and compare the results of the research with a specific practical example of the implementation of RPA within the company HOPI s.r.o. In the theoretical part, the technology is introduced, the basic principles of its integration into business processes are explained and the project phases of RLA implementation are described as well. The practical part then describes the pilot RPA project in the company HOPI s.r.o. Its key part is the comparison of the phases of the project and its outputs with the theoretical part. This section also contains an evaluation of the impacts of the project from the perspective of the project team. |
