| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit míru compliance a výši nákladů výhradně zdravot-ního sektoru u vybraných pacientů s diagnózou diabetes mellitus II. typu v konkrét-ní interní ambulanci. Záměrem je také zjistit, zda existuje vztah mezi mírou compli-ance a výší nákladů. Zjišťování informací k výzkumu proběhlo metodou dotazníko-vého šetření, vytvořením a vyhodnocením deníku pacienta a získáním osobního vý-pisu z účtu pojištěnce. Výzkumu se v konečné fázi účastnilo celkem 6 pacientů. Bylo zjištěno, že mezi pacienty existuje non-compliance chování, významná spojitost mezi mírou compliance chováním a výší nákladů nebyla z důvodu malého počtu respon-dentů prokazatelně potvrzena, ale ani vyvrácena. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to determine the degree of compliance and the amount of costs of the health sector in selected patients diagnosed with diabetes mellitus II. type in a specific internal medicine clinic. The intention is also to determine whether there is a relationship between the degree of compliance and the amount of costs. The research data were obtained through a questionnaire, from a patient’s diary which I created and evaluated myself, as well as from a personal statement from the insured`s account. A total of 6 patients participated in the study. The results indicate a non-compliant behavior among the patients. Due to a small number of respondents a significant link between the degree of compliant behavior and the level of costs was not demonstrably confirmed nor denied. |
