| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá procesem vyjednávání víceletého finančního rámce Evropské unie na období let 2021-2027. Analýzou vyjednávání jsem objasnil jeho podstatu a zákonitosti, prostřednictvím rozhovorů s osobnostmi, které byly zapojeny do procesu vyjednávání o VFR 2021+ na straně České republiky, jsem zaznamenal důležité poznatky a nástroje, které ovlivňují výsledky vyjednávání. Podstatnou část úspěšného vyjednávání je pravidlo EU o jednomyslném hlasování o VFR na půdě Evropské rady. Toto pravidlo poskytuje dostatek prostoru pro kompromisy a vyjednávání. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the process of negotiating the European Union's Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF) for the period 2021-2027. By analyzing the negotiation, I have clarified its substance and connection through interviews with personalities who were involved in the process of negotiating the MFF 2021+ on the side of the Czech Republic and have recorded important insights and tools that influence the results of the negotiation. The EU's unanimous vote rule on the MFF at the European Council is the substantial part of a successful negotiation. This rule provides enough space for compromise and negotiation. |
