| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je stanovit česko-britské a britsko-české kulturní standardy a na jejich základě stanovit doporučení pro britský management operující v českém prostředí. Diplomová práce identifikuje klíčové oblasti, ve kterých se kultury odlišují a porovnává výsledky výzkumu s teoretickými podklady. Česko-britské a britsko-české standardy byly identifikovány na základě metodologie Alexandera Thomase. Výsledky výzkumu potvrdili teoretické poznatky. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to set Czech-British and British-Czech cultural standards and on their basis to set recommendations for British management operating in the Czech Republic. The thesis identifies key areas in which cultures differ and compares research results with theoretical background. Czech-British and British-Czech standards were identified based on the methodology of Alexander Thomas. The results of the research confirmed the theoretical findings. |
