| Abstract: | Tato práce se věnuje problematice licenčních smluv v hudebním průmyslu. Cílem této práce je zjistit, zda zájmy subjektů hudebního průmyslu jsou dobře chráněny licenčními smlouvami, uzavřenými podle platných právních předpisů České republiky. Práce je rozdělena do dvou části – teoretickou a praktickou. V úvodu je stanoven cíl práce a uvedeny komentář k struktuře práce, výzkumné otázky a použité metody. Teoretická část obsahuje krátkou charakteristiku autorského práva, deskripci a analýzu právních předpisů regulujících tuto problematiku a vybrané problémy licencování hudebních děl. V praktické části jsou zhodnoceny výsledky dotazníkového šetření vybraných subjektů českého hudebního průmyslu, zaměřeného na jejích zkušeností s licencováním hudebních děl z praxe. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the license agreement in the music industry. The aim of this work is to find out if interests of the subjects of the music industry are well protected by the licensing agreement, which are based on the current Czech legislation. The work is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical. The introduction contains the definition of the aim of the thesis, research question and used methods. Theoretical part contains a short description of copyright law along with the description and analysis of legislation, which regulates this field of law and some chosen cases of problems with music licensing. The practical part of the work is represented by a survey of the chosen representators of Czech music industry and is oriented on their experience with the music licensing. |
