| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá zhodnocením přístupu ke společenské odpovědnosti firem napříč multikulturním prostředím, a to na příkladu dvou zemí České republiky a Angoly. Teoretická část práce rozebírá CSR a multikulturalismus. V empirické části je představena africká země Angola a následně výzkum, který je realizovaný prostřednictvím analýzy dostupných zdrojů, rozboru výzkumu a případové studie, rozhovorů se zaměstnanci neziskové organizace Člověk v tísni, o.p.s. a metody srovnání dvou případů. Výsledkem diplomové práce je zjištění, že v České republice i Angole směřuje CSR k naplňování strategie 3 „PÉ“ a zároveň se vyznačuje společně nedostatečnou komunikací a povědomím v občanské společnosti. V těchto zemích dále existují rozdíly v prioritních oblastech CSR a v přístupu jednotlivých vlád. Na území Angoly firmy také identifikovaly značné překážky v ekonomickém a trvale udržitelném rozvoji země. Závěr je věnován doporučením v oblasti CSR v České republice a Angole, která z diplomové práce vycházejí. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the approach to corporate social responsibility across a multicultural environment on the example of two countries in the Czech Republic and Angola. The theoretical part of the thesis analyzes CSR and multiculturalism. The empirical part presents the African country of Angola and then the research, which is carried out by an analysis of available resources, analysis of research and case study, interviews with employees of the non-profit organization People in Need, o.p.s. and by method of comparing the two cases. The result of this diploma thesis is a finding that CSR is aimed at fulfilling strategy 3 „PÉ" in the Czech Republic and Angola and at the same time it is characterized by insufficient communication and awareness in social society. In these countries there are also differences in the priority areas of CSR and in the approach of individual governments. In Angola companies have also identified significant obstacles to the country's economic and sustainable development. The conclusion is devoted to recommendations on how to improve situation in the field of CSR in the Czech Republic and Angola, which are based on results of this diploma thesis. |
