| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá marketingovou strategií při expanzi nově vznikající české firmy PONATURE, s.r.o. na český a okrajově i na zahraniční trh. Cílem práce je vyhodnotit a navrhnout možné změny v marketingové strategii firmy. První kapitola se zabývá teoretickým zpracováním marketingové strategie, strategické analýzy, 4P a Swot analýzy. Další kapitola představuje firmu, obchodované zboží, trh a konkureci. Poslední kapitola využívá poznané teoretické znalosti z první kapitoly na vybrané firmě. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the marketing strategy during the expansion of the newly emerging Czech company PONATURE, s.r.o. in the Czech Republic and also expands to the foreign market. This paper aims to evaluate and suggest possible changes in the marketing strategy of the company. The first chapter deals with the theoretical elaboration of marketing strategy, strategic analysis, 4P, and SWOT analysis. The next chapter presents the company, traded goods, the market, and competitors. The last chapter uses the known theoretical knowledge from the first chapter in a selected company. |
