| Abstract: | V této práci se prostřednictvím vybraných metod analýzy trhu zkoumá postavení firmy Transtrade s.r.o. na českém a slovenském trhu. Jak mateřská, tak i dceřiná společnost se soustřeďuje na distribuci značkových potravin ze zahraničí. Podstatou bylo zjistit nejen její finanční stav, ale její konkurenceschopnost za použití analýzy konkurence, strategického positioningu, finanční analýzy a SWOT analýzy pro shrnutí zjištěných informací. Společnost a její hlavní konkurence byly ve finanční analýze zkoumány za období 2015 až 2019 za pomoci poměrových ukazatelů rentability, likvidity, aktivity a zadluženosti. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor’s thesis analyzes the position of Transtrade Ltd. on the Czech and Slovak market. Both the parent company and the subsidiary are distributors of branded food products from abroad. The main goal was not only to establish its financial condition, but also its competitiveness using competitive analysis, strategic positioning, financial analysis, and SWOT analysis to summarize the information obtained. The company and its main competitors were examined in the financial analysis for the period from 2015 to 2019 using profitability, liquidity, activity, and indebtedness indicators. |
