| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení náborového procesu ve fakultní nemocnici během pandemie Covid-19. Zjišťuje možnost využití praxe mediků a jejich budoucí spolupráce s nemocnicí. Poukazuje také na nastavení určitého pracovního modulu pro studenty, kteří by chtěli současně vykonávat zaměstnání ve fakultní nemocnici a navázat tak úzkou spolupráci a získat potřebnou praxi. Doporučuje další možnosti zlepšení v náborovém procesu na základě odpovědí dotazovaných respondentů. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the recruitment process in the teaching hospital during the Covid-19 pandemic. Finds out the possibility of using the practice of medics and their future cooperation with the hospital. It also points to the setting up of a certain work module for students who would like to work in a teaching hospital at the same time and thus establish close cooperation and gain the necessary practice. It recommends other possibilities for improvement in the recruitment process based on the answers of the interviewed respondents. |
