| Abstract: | Předmětem bakalářské práce je převod daňové evidence na účetnictví obchodní společnosti. Hlavním cílem práce je nalezení finančních a nefinančních faktorů prostřednictvím, kterých bude převod zhodnocen. Dílčím cílem je zhodnotit vhodnost převodu daňové evidence na účetnictví. Finanční faktory jsou známy po provedení převodu. Nefinanční faktory jsou stanoveny na základě literární rešerše, která je do-plněna o rozhovory s podnikateli. Pro dosažení cílů práce je využito metod dotazování, analýzy a převodového můstku. Pomocí finančních a nefinančních faktorů je určeno, zda krok převodu je pro podnikatele vhodný. Výstupem práce je zhodnocení převodu konkrétním podnikatelem a případné doporučení pro podnikatele. |

| Abstract: | The subjekt of Bachelor´s thesis is transfer of tax records to the accounting of a company. The main target of the work is finding financial and non-financial factors which will evaluate the transfer. The partial target is evaluate suitability of transferring tax records to the accounting. Financial factors are known after the transfer. Non-financial factors are state on the basis of literature researche which is replinished by interviews with entrepreneurs. The methods of questioning, analysis and transmission bridge are used for acheiving work targets. Financial and non-financial factors determine whether the transfer step is appropriate for the entrepreneur. The output of the work is the evaluation of the transfer by a specific entrepreneur and possible recommendation. |
