| Abstract: | Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jaký je postoj rodičů k povinnému očkování dětí v České republice. Cíle bylo dosaženo prostřednictvím zodpovězení 3 výzkumných otázek, které byly zaměřeny na informovanost rodičů, identifikaci faktorů ovlivňujících jejich postoj k povinnému očkování dětí a zjištění, zda by uvítali, kdyby byl systém očkování dětí dobrovolný. Praktická část je se zabývá kvantitativním výzkumem, který čerpá z dat získaných z dotazníkového šetření provedeného na dvou různých výzkumných vzorcích. Data jsou vyhodnocena prostřednictvím statistických metod vhodných k analýze daného typu zkoumaných proměnných. Po provedení analýzy dat jsou v kapitole Diskuze výsledky okomentovány a srovnány s poznatky zjištěnými v rámci jiných studií. Závěrečná část následně shrnuje provedený výzkum, na zá-kladě zjištěných skutečností nastiňuje několik doporučení na zlepšení a komentuje samotný přínos této diplomové práce. |

| Abstract: | The goal of the thesis was to find out what is the attitude of parents to the compulsory vaccination of children in the Czech Republic. To achieve the goal there were 3 research questions formulated, which focused on parent's awareness, identifying the factors influencing their attitude towards compulsory vaccination of children and finding out whether they would welcome a voluntary vaccination system for children. The practical part is based on quantitative research, which builds on the data obtained from a questionnaire survey conducted on two different research groups of respondents. The data are evaluated using statistical methods suitable for the analysis of the type of variables examined. After performing the data analysis, the results are commented in the Discussion chapter and compared with the findings of other studies. The final part summarizes the research findings and outlines several recommendations for improvement of the system of vaccination in the Czech Republic. |
