Cílem této diplomové práce je identifikování důležitých faktorů, které mají vliv na tvorbu pravidel a přerozdělování dotací do sportu na městské úrovni v České republice. Následně práce zkoumá, jakým způsobem vznikaly sportovní politiky na městské úrovni a zda tyto nově vytvořené politiky přinesly změny ve způsobu přerozdělování dotací do sportu v České republice. Data byla získána na základě analýzy oficiálních dokumentů vybraných měst a polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Ke zpracování dat byla použita metoda zakotvené teorie. V práci byly identifikovány tři hlavní druhy faktorů, které mají vliv na přerozdělování dotací do sportu na městské úrovni v České republice. Jedná se o sportovní, politické a organizační faktory. Dále byl při tvorbě nových plánů rozvoje sportu jednotlivých měst zjištěn výrazný nesoulad ve vnímání zapojování sportovních organizací do procesu vzniku sportovních politik z pohledu zástupců měst a zástupců sportovních organizací. |

| Abstract: |
The goal of this Master’s thesis is to identify significant factors which influence the process of formation of rules and redistribution of sport subsidies at the municipal level in the Czech Republic. The work then examines in what manner sport policies at the municipal level were made and if those policies changed the way the sport subsidies are redistributed in the Czech Republic. All data presented in this work were acquired through analyzing official documents of selected cities and towns and by means of semi-structured in-depth interviews. The method of grounded theory was used to process the acquired information. In the work, there were identified three major types of factors which influence redistribution of sport subsidies in the Czech Republic. These are sport, political and organizational factors. The results also show that during the formation of new sport policies in specific cities and towns there was discovered a significant disagreement in perception of involvement of sport organizations. |
