| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit aktuální řízení nákladů v podniku a prostřednictvím výsledků provedených analýz navrhnout nový systém pro implementaci manažerského účetnictví do společnosti Slévárna, spol. s r.o. Práce je rozdělená do tří částí. Rešerše literatury se týká především problematiky řízení nákladů, rozdílu finančního a manažerského účetnictví, členění nákladů, kalkulací a metod řízení nákladů. Metodická část vymezuje konkrétní metody, postupy a vzorce, které budou využity v aplikační části práce. Aplikační část práce popisuje analýzu nákladů ve vybrané společnosti, spolu s jejich řízením. V aplikační části jsou také jmenovány konkrétní nedostatky v řízení nákladů, z nichž pak vycházejí analýzy, je-jichž výstupem je návrh možných náprav těchto nedostatků. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the current cost management in the company and through the results of the analysis to design a new system for the implementation of managerial accounting in the company Slévárna, spol. s r.o. The work is divided into three parts. The literature research mainly concerns the issues of cost management, the difference between financial and managerial accounting, cost classifications, calculations, and cost management methods. The methodological part defines specific methods, procedures, and formulas that will be used in the application part of the work. The application part of the thesis describes the analysis of costs in a selected company, together with their management. The application part also lists specific shortcomings in cost management, from which the analyzes are based, the output of which is a proposal for possible remedies to these shortcomings. |
