| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá dopady automatizace a robotizace na zaměstnance v České republice, a to jednak z hlediska jejich případné fluktuace a jednak z hlediska dopadů automatizace a robotizace na jejich pracovní podmínky, bezpečnost na pracovišti, komunikaci mezi kolegy, srozumitelnost zadávaných úkolů, obtížnost práce, efektivitu práce, životní úroveň, mzdy či platy a délku dovolené. V teoretické části je provedena rešerše dostupné světové i české literatury o této problematice, a to mj. také pro studium názorů odborníků na tuto situaci v České republice i ve světě. V praktické části je pak vedené dotazníkové šetření s cílem zjistit, jaká je v souvislosti s robotizací reálná situace mezi českými pracovníky, co se týká výše zmíněných hledisek. V závěru práce jsou nakonec shrnuty výsledky dotazníkového šetření a jejich konfrontace s názory světových odborníků. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the impact of automatization and robotization on workers in the Czech republic in the point of view of their possible fluctuation and in the point of view of the impact of automatization and robotization on their working conditions, safety in their workplace, communication among colleagues, understandability of assigned tasks, complexity of work, effectivity of work, quality of their lives, salaries or wages and the length of their vacation. In the theoretical part a research of available world and Czech literature on this topic is made, which is done also in order to study opinions of experts about this situation in the Czech republic and in the world. In the experimental part, a questionnaire is led in order to learn, what is the real situation among Czech workers related to the robotization, concerning the matters mentioned above. In the conclusion, the results of the questionnaire are summed and compared to the opinion of world experts. |
