| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se soustředí na rostoucí trend počtu předlužených obyvatel v ČR a zabývá se důvody vzniku takzvané dluhové pasti. Cílem práce je zjistit příčiny vzniku předlužení fyzických osob v ČR. Práce definuje, analyzuje a vyhodnocuje problematiku předluženosti, zejména příčiny jejího vzniku. V práci budou zkoumány vybrané subjekty, které se vyskytly v dluhové spirále. Výzkumným vzorkem budou fyzické nepodnikatelské i podnikatelské osoby. Na základě kvalitativního výzkumu se za využití metod polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a nepřímého pozorování vyhodnotí problém předluženosti fyzických osob. Prostřednictvím zvolených metod výzkumu dojde k získání dat ohledně příčin vzniku předlužení a jejich následné třídění bude přispívat ke zjištění stanoveného cíle. Výstupem práce bude zhodnocení příčin stupňující se platební neschopnosti jednotlivců i domácností. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis focuses on the growing trend of the number of over-indebted people in the Czech Republic and deals with the reasons for the so-called debt trap. The aim of the work is to find out the causes of over-indebtedness of natural persons in the Czech Republic. The thesis defines, analyzes and evaluates the issue of over-indebtedness, especially the causes of its occurrence. The thesis will examine selected subjects that occurred in the debt spiral. The research sample will be natural non-business and entrepreneurial persons. Based on qualitative research, the problem of over-indebtedness of natural persons will be evaluated using the methods of semi-structured interviews and indirect observation. Through the selected research methods, data will be obtained regarding the causes of over-indebtedness and their subsequent classification will contribute to determining the set goal. The output of the work will be an evaluation of the causes of insolvency of individuals and households. |
