| Abstract: | Porovnání výsledků výzkumů dle metodiky G. Hofsteda a S. Schwartze Cílem této diplomové práce je porovnat výsledky výzkumů dvou modelů používaných ke zjištění základních hodnot jedince. Porovnávány jsou metodiky G. Hofsteda a S. Schwartze a výsledky jsou zjišťovány kvantitativní metodou formou dotazníkového šetření. K práci je přistupováno jako k pilotnímu výzkumu, proto je srovnávána jen část dimenzí od obou autorů. Ve výzkumu jsou porovnávány dvě generace českých občanů, generace X a generace Y. Na každou z nich je také pohlíženo z hlediska pohlaví. Závěrem práce je zhodnocení toho, jaký je vztah mezi výsledky z jednotlivých metodik a zda by mělo smysl výzkum uskutečnit v plné rozsahu. Dále jsou v závěru diskutovány rozdíly v základních hodnotách mezi výzkumnými vzorky. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to compare the research results of two models used to determine the basic values of an individuals. The methodologies are compared of G. Hofstede and S. Schwartz and the results are collected by quantitative method via a questionnaire. The thesis is approached as a pilot research, therefore only a part of the dimensions from both authors is compared. Two generations of Czech citizens, Generation X and Generation Y, are compared in the research. Each of them is also compared from a gender perspective. The evaluation of the relationship between the results from the both methodologies is in the conclusion of this thesis. There is also mentioned if the complete version of this research could have a value for the topic of basic values. Furthermore, the differences in basic values between the research samples are discussed in the conclusion. |
