| Abstract: | Práce je zaměřena na socioekonomickou situaci mladých domácností v České republice a srovnání s vybranými státy Evropské unie. Teoretická část popisuje zdroje dat a zkoumané faktory. Tyto popisy jsou doplněny o představení aktuálního stavu v České republice. Konec teoretické části se zabývá sociálními modely, jejich představením, porovnáním a zařazením zemí EU do jednotlivých modelů. V praktické části se věnuji časovým řadám pro vybrané faktory v České republice a následně pro Evropskou unii jako celek. Na časové řady navazuje predikce pro další období. Pro indikaci faktorů, které socioekonomickou situaci ovlivňují, jsem použila korelační analýzu a lineární regresní model. Závěrem práce jsou časové řady a predikce vybraných zemí na základě provedené shlukové analýzy a dělení dle sociálních modelů. |

| Abstract: | The thesis is focused on the socio-economic situation of young households in the Czech Republic and a comparison with selected EU countries. The theoretical part describes the sources of data and investigated factors. These descriptions are supplemented by an introduction of the current status in the Czech Republic. The final part of the theoretical section provides particulars in relation to social models, their introduction, comparison and inclusion of EU countries into individual models.In the practical part I concentrate on the time sequences for selected factors in the Czech Republic as well as the European Union as a whole. The time series are followed by forecasts for other periods. To indicate the factors affecting the socio-economic situation, I used correlation analysis and linear regression model. The thesis concludes with time trends and prognoses of tabbed countries based on a cluster analysis and distribution according to social models. |
