| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této práce je kategorizovat ženy na základě jimi preferované léčebné intervence a osobních údajů. Osobní údaje v tomto směru představují stav žen vzhledem ke karcinomu prsu (zda mají rakovinu prsu či jsou zdravé). Data budou sbírána od svéprávných dospělých žen pomocí anonymního strukturovaného dotazníku za využití techniky CAWI, následně analyzována a okomentována. Dílčím cílem práce je zjištění vnímání některých kontroverzních aspektů QALY respondentkami, a to kvality a hodnoty života a preference ve stavu a délce dožití. Výstupem budou komentované výsledky a přehled kategorií žen dle převažujících preferovaných léčebných metod doplňkových k chirurgické léčbě. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of this final work is to categorize women on the basis of their preferred treatment intervention and personal data. Personal data represents here the state of women due to breast cancer (whether they have breast cancer or are they healthy). Data will be collected from adult women using an anonymous structured questionnaire using the CAWI technique, then analyzed and commented. The partial goal is finding respondent´s perception of some controversial aspects of QALY. These are the quality and value of life and preferences in the condition and length of life. The output will be annotated results and an overview of categories of women according to the predominant preferred treatment methods, that are complementary to surgical treatment. |
