| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je provést analýzu uskutečněných přeměn obchodních korporací v České republice, které byly zapsány do obchodního rejstříku v roce 2018. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část se zabývá především teoretickým vymezením přeměn obchodních korporací (fúze, rozdělení, převod jmění na společníka a změna právní formy). Druhá část pojednává o jednotlivých fázích celého procesu přeměn obchodních korporací doplněné o související účetní povinnosti. Třetí část je nejdůležitější částí celé práce, neboť obsahuje výsledky provedené analýzy uskutečněných přeměn obchodních korporací v České republice v roce 2018. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze the transformations carried out in the Czech Republic, which were entered in the Corporate Register in 2018. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part deals mainly with the theoretical definition of transformations of business corporations (mergers, divisions, transfer of assets to the shareholder and change of legal form). The second part deals with the individual stages of the entire transformation process, supplemented by related accounting obligations. The third part is the most important part of the whole thesis, as it contains the results of the analysis of the transformations carried out in the Czech Republic in 2018. |
