| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá správou pohledávek v rámci českého účetního prostředí u organizačních složek státu. Cílem práce je představit účetní aspekty řízení pohledávek u jednotek, jež hospodaří s majetkem státu a činí jménem státu své úkony. Hlavní částí práce je analýza účetního stavu pohledávek u tří vybraných organizačních složek státu v průběhu let 2015-2019 se zaměřením na specifické účetní aspekty správy pohledávek u tohoto typu účetních jednotek. Vybranými organizačními složkami státu jsou Generální finanční ředitelství, Ministerstvo zemědělství a Úřad práce České republiky. |

| Abstract: | Thesis deals with management of receivables of organisational units of the state within the Czech accounting environment. The aim of this thesis is to present the accounting aspects of management of receivables for units that manage state property and perform their acitons on behalf of the state. The main part of this thesis is the analysis of the accounting status of receivables at three selected organisational units of the state during the years 2015-2019 with a focus on specific accounting acpects of management of receivables for this type of accounting units. Selected organisatinal units of the state are the General Finance Directorate, the Ministry of Agriculture and the Labor Office of the Czech Republic. |
