| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá procesem gentrifikace v městské části Praha 7. Cílem práce je vyhodnotit rezidenční proměny městské části Praha 7 v kontextu procesu gentrifikace a případně identifikovat gentrifikující se lokality. Diplomová práce se kromě rezidenčních proměn zaměřuje také na fyzický stav budov a komerční gentrifikaci, aby byla daná problematika pojata komplexně. Oboje je zde zkoumáno na základě vlastního terénního průzkumu provedeného na území městské části. Závěrem práce je, že na území městské části lze pozorovat znaky gentrifikace. Tyto znaky se projevují jak v rezidenčních proměnách, tak i revitalizací fyzického prostředí a proměnami komerční sféry. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the process of gentrification in the municipal district of Prague 7. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the residential transformations of the city district of Prague 7 in the context of the process of gentrification and to identify gentrifying localities. In order to comprehensively address the issue, the thesis also focuses on the physical condition of buildings and commercial gentrification. Both are examined on the basis of actual field research conducted in the city district. It can be concluded that features of gentrification can be found in the city district of Prague 7. These features are reflected in residential transformations as well as in the revitalization of the physical environment and the transformation of the commercial sphere. |
