| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce „Analýza trhu práce České republiky a Rakouska od roku 1993 do roku 2020“ je analýza trhu práce a vyhodnocení informací, které poskytnou obecný přehled o vývoji a současném stavu struktury trhu práce v České republice. Pomocí dostupných dat je potvrzena hypotéza, že oba sledované trhy práce se se svými ukazateli přibližují. Postupné sbližování hodnot jednotlivých indikátorů je způsobeno mimo jiné tím, že jsou obě země v Evropské unii, čímž se nacházejí v zóně, kde je vstup na trh práce do cizí země takřka bez žádných zábran. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis "Labour market analysis of the Czech Republic and Austria from 1993 to 2020" is to analyze the labour market and evaluate information that will provide a general overview of the development and current state of the labor market structure in the Czech Republic. The available data confirmed the hypothesis that both monitored labor markets are converging with their indicators. The gradual convergence of the values of individual indicators is caused, among other things, by the fact that both countries are in the European Union, which means that they are in a zone where the entry into the labour market of a foreign country is almost without barriers. |
