| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na pojištění vozidel v České republice a Velké Británii. Pojmem pojištění vozidel se rozumí povinné pojištění odpovědnosti za škodu způsobenou provozem motorového vozidla (,,povinné ručení") a doplňková připojištění k tomuto zákonem vyžadovanému pojištění. V rámci teoretické části práce je podrobně rozebrána nejprve podoba povinného ručení v České republice a následně i podoba a typy povinného ručení ve Velké Británii. Empirická část obsahuje analýzu trhu povinného ručení v obou zemích a komparaci podob povinného ručení na obou pojistných trzích za účelem zjištění výhod a nevýhod pojištění vozidel v České republice oproti pojištění vozidel ve Velké Británii. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is focused on a motor insurance in the Czech Republic and in Great Britain. The term motor insurance stands for a compulsory liability insurance for a damage caused by the operation of a motor vehicle (,,compulsory liability") and additional insurance to this one required by the law. Within the first theoretical part of the thesis, there is a detailed analysis of the form of compulsory liability in the Czech Republic following by the form and types of compulsory liability in Great Britain. The empirical part of the thesis contains an analysis of the compulsory liability market in both countries and a comparison of the forms of compulsory liability in both insurance markets in order to determine the advantages and disadvantages of motor insurance in the Czech Republic compared to motor insurance in Great Britain. |
