| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou kvality auditorských služeb z pohledu vlivu legislativy a uložených kárných opatření na auditory podléhající kontrole. Cílem této práce je zjistit, zda návrhy a uložená kárná opatření, reflektující legislativu zkoumaného roku, kvalitu auditorských služeb zvyšují. Práce se opírá o analýzu zpráv KAČR o výsledcích kontrol kvality, analýzu zpráv o činnosti RVDA a analýzu Rozhodnutí se zjištěními z registru auditorů a auditorských společností vedený u KAČR, kterým byla kárná opatření uložena. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the issue of the quality of audit services from the point of view of the influence of legislation and imposed disciplinary measures on entities subject to control. The aim of this work is to determine whether the proposals and imposed disciplinary measures, reflecting the legislation of the year under review, increase the quality of audit services. The work is based on the analysis of KAČR reports on the results of quality controls, analysis of reports on RVDA activities and analysis of decisions with findings from the register of auditors and audit companies maintained by KAČR, which imposed disciplinary measures. |
