| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na dostupnost zdravotních a sociálních služeb pro osoby s duševním onemocněním v krajích České republiky v letech 2008 a 2018. Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení regionálních rozdílů v psychiatrické péči. Dostupnost byla analyzována na základě dostupných údajů z ČSÚ, ÚZIS ČR a registru poskytovatelů sociálních služeb. V dostupnosti sociálních služeb pro osoby s duševním onemocněním nebyly zaznamenány žádné významnější regionální disparity. V dostupnosti zdravotní psychiatrické péče rozdíly existují, a to zejména v souvislosti se specializovanými a dětskými lůžkovými odděleními. Rozmístění psychiatrické péče není rovnoměrné. Absence lůžkových zařízení a oddělení byla zjištěna pouze ve Středočeském kraji, kde je tato situace ovlivněna blízkostí Prahy. Neobvyklý vývoj byl zaznamenán v Libereckém kraji, kde byl ve sledovaném období zaregistrován nejnižší počet vyšetření v psychiatrických ambulancí a nejmenší procentuální změna v počtu poskytovatelů sociálních služeb. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis is focused on the availability of health and social services for people with mental illness in the regions of the Czech Republic in 2008 and 2018. The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate regional differences in the availability of health and social psychiatric care. Availability was analyzed based on available data from the CZSO, IHIS CR and the Register of Social Service Providers. No significant regional disparities were noted in the availability of social services. There are differences in the availability of psychiatric care, especially in relation to specialized and pediatric inpatient departments. The distribution of psychiatric care is not uniform. The absence of inpatient facilities and departments was found only in the Central Bohemian Region, where this situation is affected by the proximity of Prague. An unusual development was recorded in the Liberec Region, where the lowest number of examinations at psychiatric outpatient clinics and the smallest percentage change in the number of social service providers were registered in the monitored period. |
