| Abstract: | Tato práce je zaměřena na analýzu dopadů hospodářských politik na pivovarský průmysl v ČR mezi lety 2008-2020. Cílem práce je provést analýzu dopadů na pivovarský průmysl především v souvislosti s pandemií Covid-19. Dílčím cílem je popsat konkrétní dopady na pivovarský průmysl způsobené pandemií Covid-19. V teoretické části práce je popsán historický vývoj pivovarnictví včetně významných osobností, které tento průmysl ovlivnili. Dále je zde představeno ekonomické postavení pivovarnictví v rámci ČR a hospodářské nástroje tento průmysl ovlivňující. V praktické části je zobrazena aktuální situace na trhu piva v ČR. Dále je zkoumán vývoj produkce a spotřeby piva v daném období a rovněž je představena analýza dopadů pandemie Covid-19. Součástí praktické části je porovnání získaných dat s Belgií a Německem. |

| Abstract: | This work is focused on the analysis of the impacts of economic policies on the brewing industry in the Czech Republic between 2008-2020. The aim of this work is to analyze the impact on the brewing industry, especially in connection with the Covid-19 pandemic. A partial goal is to describe the specific impacts on the brewing industry caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the historical development of brewing, including important personalities who influenced this industry. Furthermore, the economic position of brewing in the Czech Republic and economic instruments influencing this industry are presented. The practical part shows the current situation on the beer market in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, the development of beer production and consumption in the given period is examined and an analysis of the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic is also presented. Part of the practical part is a comparison of the obtained data with Belgium and Germany. |
