| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem pandemie Covid-19 na stavební spoření a hypoteční úvěry. V první části je představen vznik obou produktů a je zde blíže popsáno, jak fungují. Druhá část je zaměřena na vývoj těchto finančních produktů v období pandemie, je zde specifikováno, co a proč mělo na tento vývoj největší vliv a jaký o ně byl zájem. Na závěr práce je pak popsán dopad pandemie na instituce, které tyto produkty poskytují a odhad budoucího vývoje |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis deals with the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on building savings and mortgage loans. The first part introduces the origin of both products and describes in more detail how they work. The second part focuses on the development of these financial products during the pandemic, it specifies what and why had the greatest impact on this development and what interest in them. At the end of the work is described the impact of the pandemic on the institutions that provide these products and an estimate of future development. |
