| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zaměstnaneckých benefitů v České republice a v Čínské lidové republice. Teoretická část obsahuje vymezení zaměstnaneckých benefitů, jejich právní úpravu a členění z pohledu zaměstnavatele a zaměstnance v České republice a v Číně. Následně je práce věnovaná daňovému řešení vybraných benefitů v souladu s právními úpravami platnými v České republice a v Číně. V praktické části je uvedeno dotazníkové šetření, realizované ve dvou jazycích – v čínštině a češtině. S jeho pomocí se zjišťují preference benefitů, jak je vnímají respondenti žijící v České republice a v Číně. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the issue of employee benefits in the Czech Republic and in the People's Republic of China. The theoretical part is filled with the definition of employee benefits, legislation and their classification from the perspective of the employer and from the perspective of the employee in the Czech Republic and China. Subsequently, the work is devoted to the tax solution of selected benefits in accordance with the legislation in force in the Czech Republic and in China. In the practical part, a questionnaire survey is conducted, which is prepared in Chinese and Czech. Using a questionnaire survey, certain preferences regarding the benefits of respondents living in the Czech Republic and China will be ascertained.
