| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce „Rentabilita investic do terciárního vzdělání v ČR, Rakousku a na Slovensku v letech 2014 – 2019“ je kvantifikovat náklady a výnosy, které investice do terciárního vzdělání přinášejí a vyhodnotit dobu, po jejímž uplynutí se investice stane rentabilní v uvedených zemích a vybraných oborech uplatnění, a to z pohledu jedince. Hlavní část je zaměřena na sestavení vzorce pro výpočet rentability terciárního vzdělání a vymezení použitých proměnných. Výpočet je rozdělen na dílčí kapitoly dle jednotlivých zemí a oborů. Závěrem jsou dílčí výsledky porovnány a je vyhodnocen obor s nejkratší dobou návratnosti investice. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis „Profitability of Investment in Tertiary Education in the Czech Republic, Austria and Slovakia in 2014-2019” is to quantify the costs and benefits of investment in tertiary education and to evaluate the time after which such investment becomes profitable in the above given countries as well as in selected areas of employment. This matter is evaluated from the perspective of an individual. The main part focuses on the construction of a formula for calculating the profitability of tertiary education and defining the variables used. The calculation is divided into subchapters by country and area of employment. Finally, the partial results are compared and the area of employment with the shortest return on investment is selected. |
