| Abstract: | Diplomová práce s názvem „Vlastnické transakce ve společnosti s ručením omezeným“ se zabývá různými způsoby ukončení účasti v této obchodní korporaci. Autorka analyzuje základní oblasti jako je společnost, podíl, práva a povinnosti společníků a také vlastnické transakce v různých typech společnosti s ručením omezeným. V praktické části jsou analyzovány skutečné případy ukončení účasti společníků, ve kterých je využíváno poznatků z části teoretické. Výsledkem této práce je zjištění, že se řešení vlastnických transakcí ve společnosti liší dle komplikovanosti vztahů uvnitř společnosti a že transparentnost těchto transakcí velmi závisí na zveřejněných údajích v účetní závěrce. |

| Abstract: | The thesis with the title „Ownership transactions in a limited liability company“ deals with various ways of terminating participation in this business corporation. The author analyzes the basic areas such as the company, share, rights and obligations of partners, as well as ownership transactions in various types of limited liability companies. The practical part analyzes the actual cases of termination of participation of partners, in which the knowledge from the theoretical part is used. The result of this work is the finding that the solution of ownership transactions in the company differs according to the complexity of relationships within the company and that the transparency of these transactions depends on the published data in the financial statements. |
