| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem oceňování vybrané pojišťovny pohledávek. Pro tento účel byla zvolena úvěrová pojišťovna Atradius Crédito y Caución S.A. de Seguros y Reaseguros, pobočka pro Českou republiku. Nejdříve byla vymezena charakteristika pojišťoven s důrazem na pojišťovny pohledávek, dále pak byly stručně popsány metody ocenění s ohledem na odlišnosti finančních institucí od obyčejných podniků. Na základě těchto postupů v další části je provedeno tržní ocenění pojišťovny. |

| Abstract: | The thesis is dealing with the topic of valuation of selected insurance company. The credit insurance company Atradius Crédito y Caución S.A. de Seguros y Reaseguros, pobočka pro Českou republiku was chosen for this purpose. At first, I defined the characteristics of insurance companies with an accent on credit insurance companies, then there is a brief description of the valuation methods, considering the differences between financial institutions and business in common. The insurance company’s market value is determined based on these techniques. |
