| Abstract: | Účelem diplomové práce Koncepce řízení a rozvoje společnosti Kultura a sport Chomutov, s. r. o. je zpracování koncepce řízení, která může zajistit prosperitu této společnosti a podpořit rozvoj kultury a sportu v celém městě Chomutov. Vychází z analýzy výročních zpráv a dalších veřejně dostupných dokumentů, shrnuje teorie koncepce řízení. Výsledkem práce je návrh vize a poslání společnosti Kultura a sport Chomutov s.r.o., včetně každého z provozů ve správě společnosti. Poslední část je věnována pěti prioritní osám, kterým by se mohla společnost do budoucna věnovat, které se týkají vytvoření nového produkčního týmu, využívání nástrojů sebeevaluace či návrhům na nové kulturní a sportovní projekty. |

| Abstract: | The purpose of the diploma thesis The Concept of Management and Development of the Kultura and sport Chomutov, s. r. o. the organization is the elaboration of a management concept that can ensure the prosperity of this company and support the development of culture and sports in the whole city of Chomutov. It is based on the analysis of annual reports and other publicly available documents, it summarizes the theory of management concept. The result of this work is a proposal of the vision and mission of the company Kultura a sport Chomutov, s.r.o., including each of the subjects managed by the company. The last part is devoted to five priority axes, which the company could focus on in the future, which relate to the creation of a new production team, the use of self-evaluation tools, or proposals for new cultural and sports projects. |
