| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá vybranou destinací cestovního ruchu Olomouckého kraje. Teoretická část představuje koncept destinačního managementu jako nástroj pro řízení cestovního ruchu. Praktická část práce je rozdělena na dva úseky. První úsek se zabývá analýzou nabídky a poptávky cestovního ruchu v destinaci. Druhý úsek práce je zaměřen na fungování organizací destinačního managementu Olomouckého kraje na oblastní úrovni a krajské úrovni. Pro tento úsek je stanoven kvalitativní výzkum a jsou provedeny hloubkové rozhovory. Vzorek respondentů je tvořen řediteli destinačních organizací cestovního ruchu v Olomouckém kraji. Cílem diplomové práce je vyhodnotit potenciál cestovního ruchu a porovnat činnosti organizací destinačního managementu v Olomouckém kraji. Dále navrhnout vhodná doporučení k vylepšení a zefektivnění činností daných organizací. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with a selected toursim destination in the Olomouc Region. The theoretical part introduces the concept of destination management as a tool for tourism management. The practical part of the thesis is divided into two sections. The first section concerns the analysis of turism supply and demand in the destination. The second section of the thesis focuses on the functioning of the destination management organizations of the Olomouc Region at the regional and county level. For this section, qualitative research is set an in-depth interviews are conducted. The sample of respondents consists of directors of destination tourism organisations in the Olomouc Region. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the tourism potential and compare the activities of destination managemen organisations in the Olomouc Region. Furthermore, to propose appropriate recommendations for improving and streamlining the activitis of the organisations. |
