| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice dekretální normotvorby a jejímu vlivu na právní řád České republiky. Vzhledem k množství materiálů, které se k tématu dekretů prezidenta republiky vztahují, se autorka rozhodla zaměřit na zásadní dokumenty, které s problematikou dekretální normotvorby bezprostředně souvisí a prezentovat je v materiálové studii, kterou pak dále rozebírá a uvádí, jak by zrušení dekretů prezidenta republiky mohlo v současnosti po právní stránce Českou republiku ovlivnit. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of decree-law and its impact on the legal order of the Czech Republic. Due to the amount of materials related to the decrees of the President of the Republic, the author decided to focus on key documents directly related to the issue of decree-law and present them in a material study, that she then discusses and states how repealing Presidential decrees could currently legally affect the Czech Republic. |
