| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá prozkoumáním vybraného Search and Matching modelu, a jeho aplikací na trh práce České republiky. Vychází především z článku autorů M. Hagedorna a I. Manovskiiho, kteří daný model navrhli a dále nakalibrovali způsobem, v němž nastavili vyjednávací sílu pracovníka a podporu v nezaměstnanosti na odlišné hodnoty, než je běžné u těchto modelů. Touto kalibrací zjistili a prokázali, že pokud je model správně zkalibrován, zohledňuje cyklické vlastnosti nezaměstnanosti i volných pracovních míst. V této práci byl model odhadnut na datech České republiky za roky 1998 - 2015, na kterých lze pozorovat celosvětovou krizi. Model ukázal, že přesto, že kalibraci uvedenou těmito autory je možné použít na americká data, nemusí nutně platit u jiných států. Závěrem jsou zde porovnány apriorní a posteriorní hodnoty ekonometrických odhadů parametrů a porovnání základních statistických charakteristik. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this thesis is to explore a selected Search and Matching model and its aplication on the Czech labor market. Applied model is developed by authors M. Hagedorn and I. Manouvskii, who propose new calibration for the standard model developed by Pissarides, Mortensen and Diamond. The authors suggested new calibration strategy for the two central parameters of the standard model - the worker’s value of non-market activity and the worker’s bargaining power. In this thesis, the model was estimated on the data of the Czech Republic for the years 1998 - 2015, where can be seen impact of Great Recession in 2008. Model showed that even if the used calibration is good for american data, it does not mean, that it can be used on any other data. In the end aprior and aposterior values of parameters are shown and the basic statistical characteristics of variables are compared. |
