| Abstract: | Cílem habilitační práce je zhodnotit udržitelnost podnikání s ohledem na genderovou diverzitu složení vrcholových orgánů v České republice v kontextu vývoje v období po finanční a ekonomické krizi v roce 2008. Práce představuje pojem udržitelnost jako komplexní přístup v řízení firem s dopadem jak na ekonomické přínosy podnikání, tak i na rozvoj společenského a environmentálního systému v jejím okolí. Udržitelnost jako strategické zaměření firmy je ukázána na řadě podnikatelských modelů (B Corporations, sdílená ekonomika, inkluzivní podnikatelské modely, model sdílené hodnoty) včetně případových studií. Dále je představen vztah udržitelnosti a řízení firem, včetně složení vrcholových orgánů a role genderové diverzity ve vrcholovém vedení. Vlastní výzkum předkládá analýzu vztahů genderové rovnosti, konkurenceschopnosti a udržitelné konkurenceschopnosti a dále závěry případové studie přidané hodnoty žen v českém managementu. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the habilitation thesis is to evaluate the business sustainability with respect to the gender diversity of the top corporate bodies in the Czech Republic in the context of the post-financial and economic crisis in 2008. The thesis presents the concept of sustainability as a comprehensive approach in management with an impact on both the economic benefits of business, as well as the development of the social and environmental system in its area. Sustainability as the strategic focus of the company is shown on a number of business models (B corporation, shared economy, inclusive business models, shared value model), including case studies. It also introduces relationship between sustainability and corporate governance, including the composition of top corporate bodies and the role of gender diversity in top management. Own research presents an analysis of the relations of gender equality, competitiveness and sustainable competitiveness, as well as the conclusions of the case study on the added value of women in Czech management. |
