| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce pojednává o crowdfundingu. Teoretická část je dělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola představuje pojem crowdfunding a jeho historii. V druhé kapitole jsou podrobněji rozebrány jednotlivé modely crowdfundingu. Poslední kapitola teoretické části je o regulaci crowdfundingu. Praktická část bakalářské práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části je uvedena analýza úspěšné crowdfundingové kampaně společnosti Incomaker s.r.o. a ve druhé části hodnocení aktuální podoby crowdfundingu v České republice. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with crowdfunding. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter describes a concept of crowdfunding and its history. In the second chapter are detailed descriptions of types of crowdfunding. The last chapter of the theoretical part is about the regulation of crowdfunding. The practical part is divided into two chapters. In the first chapter, there is the analysis of successful crowdfunding campaign of company Incomaker s.r.o. and in the second chapter is the evaluation of recent form of crowdfunding in the Czech Republic. |
