| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je formulovat strategická doporučení pro společnost VAN GILLERN s.r.o. a zhodnotit její situaci na trhu, pomocí metod, nástrojů a postupů strategické analýzy. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny jednotlivé metody a nástroje, které jsou v praktické části uplatněny na vybraný podnik. Strategická analýza obsahuje představení podniku, analýzu okolí podniku prostřednictvím metody PESTEL a Porterovým modelem pěti sil, analýzu vnitřních zdrojů a schopností, která je tvořena pomocí VRIO analýzy, hodnototvorného řetězce, analýzy portfolia a finanční analýzy. Na konec je provedena syntéza pomocí SWOT analýzy, na jejímž základě jsou v závěru práce vytvořeny strategická doporučení pro vybranou společnost. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to formulate strategic recommendations for the company VAN GILLERN s.r.o. and assess its market situation, through methods, tools, and procedures of strategic analysis. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains various methods and tools that are later applied in the practical part. Strategic analysis includes the presentation of the company, analysis of the company's environment through PESTEL methods and Porter's model of five forces, analysis of internal resources and capabilities, which is formed using the VRIO analysis, value chain, portfolio analysis and financial analysis. In the end of this thesis a synthesis is performed by using the SWOT analysis, based on which strategic recommendations are made for the selected company. |
