| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na proces přijímání zaměstnanců v konkrétní bankovní společnosti, a hlavně na následující proces adaptace. Konkrétně se orientuje na využití a smysl onboardingu v rámci tohoto procesu. Cílem práce je zhodnotit adaptační proces v konkrétní bankovní společnosti pomocí kvalitativních osobních rozhovorů s několika zaměstnanci. Následně bude provedeno porovnání adaptačního procesu v rámci bankovního sektoru v ČR, a to za pomoci kvantitativního výzkumu, kde budou provedeny rozhovory se zaměstnanci jiných bank. Následně budou uvedeny návrhy na případné zlepšení adaptačního procesu a větší či vhodnější vyžití onboardingu. V teoretické části budou popsány hlavní činnosti Human Resources oddělení a jeho cíle, motivace zaměstnanců a přiblížení samotného onboardingu. V praktické části bude popsána konkrétní společnost, a hlavně činnost jejího HR oddělení. Podrobně se popíše adaptační proces včetně sociální a pracovní adaptace a různých způsobů rekvalifikace a osobního růstu. Také bude nastíněn způsob výběru zaměstnanců. V závěru budou uvedeny výsledky dotazníkového šetření se zaměstnanci. Dále bude kvalitativní výzkum v jiných bankách. V poslední kapitole autor analyzuje výsledky šetření a navrhne, jak nejlépe změnit proces adaptace a zároveň co nejefektivněji využít onboarding v české společnosti. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the process of recruitment in a given banking company, and mainly on the following process of adaptation. Specifically, it focuses on the use and meaning of onboarding in this process. The aim of this work is to evaluate the adaptation process in a particular banking company through qualitative personal interviews with several employees. Subsequently, a comparison of the adaptation process within the banking sector in the Czech Republic will be carried out, with the help of quantitative research, when interviews with employees of other banks will be conducted. Next, there will be suggestions for possible improvement of the adaptation process and wider or more suitable use of onboarding. The theoretical part will describe the main activities of the Human Resources department and its goals, employee motivation and approach to the onboarding itself. The practical part will describe the given company, and especially the activities of its HR department. The adaptation process, including social and work adaptation and various ways of retraining and personal growth, will be described in detail. The method of selecting employees will also be outlined. In the end, the results of a questionnaire survey with employees will be presented. There will also be qualitative research in other banks. In the last chapter, the author will analyze the results of the survey and suggest the best way to change the process of adaptation and at the same time use onboarding as effectively as possible in Czech society. |
