Předkládaná práce se zabývá problematikou veřejných zakázek na inovativní řešení (PPI). V úvodu je popsán koncept PPI a ukotven do legislativního rámce. Ve výzkumné části práce je provedena systematická literární rešerše na téma kritické faktory úspěchu využití konceptu PPI, která je následně empiricky potvrzena za pomoci metody Delphi a expertních týmů z šesti zemí. Dále je v práci detailně popsán nástroj pro realizaci projektů PPI včetně procesních modelů, který vznikal v rámci projektu PPI2Innovate. Na případových studiích je demonstrováno zapojení podnikové sféry do konceptu PPI ve fázi přípravy. V kombinaci s materiály připravenými pro pilotní test v rámci projektu RI2Integrate, které jsou v práci rovněž představeny, by tato práce měla být dostatečným zdrojem informací k realizaci projektu PPI i pro zadavatele který s PPI nemá žádné předchozí zkušenosti. |

| Abstract: |
The presented work deals with the issue of Public Procurement for Innovative solutions (PPI). The introduction describes the concept of PPI and anchors it in the legislative framework. The research part of the work consists from systematic literature research on the critical success factors of the PPI concept utilization, which is then empirically confirmed using the Delphi method with expert teams from six countries. Furthermore, the work describes in detail the tool for the implementation of PPI projects, including process models, which was created within the PPI2Innovate project. The case studies demonstrate the involvement of the corporate sector in the PPI concept in the preparation phase. In combination with the materials prepared for the pilot test within the RI2Integrate project, which are also presented in the work, this work should be a sufficient source of information for the implementation of the PPI project for the client who has no previous experience from PPI. |
