| Abstract: | Trainee programy jsou stále se rozšiřující metodou získávání zaměstnanců. Jejich další efekty jsou například vyšší angažovanost a nižší fluktuace zaměstnanců, kteří trainee programy absolvovali. Nicméně některé trainee programy se potýkají s vysokou fluktuací ať již v průběhu, tak po skončení programu. Cílem práce bude tedy zjistit, jaké faktory rozhodují o retenci absolventů trainee programů. Výsledky této práce mohou být využity v praxi, konkrétně ve společnosti ŠKODA AUTO a.s., ale i v podobných společnostech, které uplatňují trainee program jako součást svých talentových programů a usilují o udržení trainees ve společnosti nejen v průběhu trainee programu, ale i v budoucnu. |

| Abstract: | Trainee programme are an ever-expanding method of recruiting employees. The effects of trainee programmes include higher engagement and lower turnover of employees who completed such trainee programme. However, some trainee programmes face high turnover both during and after finishing the programme. The aim of this paper will therefore be to find out which factors determine the retention of trainee programme graduates. The results of this work can be put into practice, specifically in ŠKODA AUTO a.s., but also in similar companies that apply trainee programme as part of their talent programmes and aim to retain trainees in the company not only during their trainee programmes, but also in the future. |
