| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza efektivnosti sociálních služeb města Beroun za rok 2020. Na začátek je uvedena specifika sociálních služeb z hlediska poskytovatele a uživatele, právního a finančního vymezení. Dále jsou vymezeny metody posouzení kvality a efektivnosti sociálních služeb. Nakonec v praktické části práce je posouzena efektivnost vybraných organizací pomocí analýzy DEA (data envelopment analysis). Na základě výsledků byly napsány obecné doporučení na příkladu vybraných organizací města Beroun, které se zúčastnily analýzy. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of the effectiveness of social services in the city Beroun in 2020. At the beginning, there are defined the specifics of social services in terms of provider and user, then legal and financial matters. After that, there are described methods for assessing the quality and effectiveness of social services. Finally, in the practical part of the thesis, the effectiveness of selected organizations is assessed using DEA (data envelopment analysis). Based on the results, general recommendations are written on the example of selected organizations of the city of Beroun, which participated in the analysis. |
