Scoring system implementation in the banking environment

Předkládaná diplomová práce se věnuje automatizaci rozhodovacího úvěrového procesu v bankovním prostředí na základě scoringu klienta. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je praktická implementace scoringového systému v bankovním prostředí. V úvodu se práce věnuje představení úvěrového procesu, vysvětlení základních pojmů z bankovního i datového prostředí a tím poskytuje teoretický základ pro pochopení práce. Práce pokračuje představením schvalovacího procesu v leasingové společnosti a popisuje jednotlivé části procesu před implementací scoringového systému. Následující samostatná kapitola popisuje systém služby scoringu, který bude implementován. V další části je popsána samotná implementace navrhovaného řešení a popis jeho vytvoření. V závěru práce je popsán proces vytvoření reportu, jehož vyhodnocení je spojeno s návrhy na možné vylepšení řešení. Hlavním výstupem je samotná implementace řešení a jeho uplatnění v praxi.

The presented diploma thesis deals with the automation of the decision process in the banking environment based on client scoring. The main goal of the diploma thesis is the practical implementation of the scoring system in the bank. At the beginning the work defines the credit process, an explanation of basic terms from the banking and data environment and thus provides a basic theoretical knowledge for the work understanding. The work continues with the introduction of the approval process in the leasing company and describes the individual parts of the process before the implementation of the scoring system. The following separate chapter describes the scoring service system that will be implemented. The next section describes the implementation of the proposed solution, and it also contains a description of its creation. At the end of the work, it is described the process of creating a report, the report evaluation which is associated with suggestions for possible improvement of the implemented solution. The main output is the implementation of the solution itself and its application in practice.
