| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou motivace a odměňováním pracovníků v organizaci. Cílem práce je zjistit spokojenost a informovanost pracovníků se zaměstnaneckými benefity, které jsou důležitou složkou odměňovacího systému. Práce je složena ze dvou částí, a to teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části je použita metoda literární rešerše a jsou popsány základní pojmy související s tématem. Dále v praktické části je analýza vybrané společnosti pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu formou interview a kvantitativního výzkumu formou dotazníkového šetření. Na základě výsledků budou následně doporučeny návrhy změn. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of motivation and remuneration of employees in the organization. The aim of the thesis is to find out the satisfaction and information of employees with employee benefits, which are an important component of the remuneration system. The work consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part uses the method of literary research and describes the basic concepts related to the topic. Further in the practical part is the analysis of the selected company using qualitative research in the form of interviews and quantitative research in the form of a questionnaire survey. Based on the results, proposed changes will be recommended. |
