| Abstract: | Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem softwaru z pohledu analýzy a testingu, vývojových modelů a celého procesu change a release managementu v teorii a praxi. Cílem práce je porovnání osvědčených postupů a přístupů z teoretického základu s praktickým využitím popsaným na fungování konkrétní společnosti Sazka a.s. Dílčím cílem práce pak je potvrzení hypotézy, že odklon od teoretických přístupů a best practices či jejich modifikace může v některých konkrétních případech v praxi vést k lepším výsledkům a efektivnějšímu fungování společnosti. Práce nejprve představuje sázkovou společnost Sazka a.s., která je základem praktické části, včetně jejího specifického business kontextu a společenské odpovědnosti. Diplomová práce není rozdělená striktně na teoretickou a praktickou část, ale k porovnání dochází průběžně v jednotlivých kapitolách práce, které jsou poskládány v hierarchické návaznosti analýzy a releasu softwaru odspodu od testingu až po nejvyšší vrstvu change a release manažerskou práci. |

| Abstract: | Diploma thesis deals with software development from the point of analysis and testing, development models and the whole process of change and release management in theory and practice. The aim of the work is to compare best practices and approaches from a theoretical basis with practical use described on the operation of a particular company Sazka a.s. A partial goal of the thesis is to confirm the hypothesis that deviation from theoretical approaches and best practices or their modification may in some specific cases in practice lead to better results and more efficient functioning of the organization. At first the thesis introduces the lottery company Sazka a.s., which is the basis of the practical part, including its specific business context and social responsibility. The diploma thesis is not strictly divided into theoretical and practical part, but the comparison takes place continuously in each individual chapter of the thesis, which are composed in a hierarchical sequence of software analysis and releases, from testing to the highest layer of change and release management work. |
