| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá smlouvou o zájezdu a jejím zánikem. Cílem práce je shrnutí možných řešení „voucherů“ z hlediska tuzemské a evropské úpravy (s přihlédnutím k praxi). Pozornost je věnována samotné historické úpravě smlouvy o zájezdu, dále její současné úpravě a s tím spojenými důležitými pojmy. V práci je přehled možných zániků smlouvy o zájezdu. Stěžejním bodem je poslední kapitola, kde je pojednáno o koronavirové pandemii a jejím dopadům ve vztahu ke smlouvě o zájezdu. |

| Abstract: | The master´s thesis deals with a travel contract and its termination. The aim of the thesis is to sum up what the solutions of "vouchers" in terms of domestic and European regulations (taking into account the practice) are. The attention is paid to the historical regulation of the travel contract itself, as well as its current regulation and the related important concepts. The thesis provides an overview of possible termination of the travel contract. The key point is the last chapter, which discusses the coronavirus pandemic and its implications in relation to the travel contract. |
