| Abstract: | Diplomová práce na téma Business model poskytovatele sociální služby klientům s Alzheimerovou chorobou v regulovaném prostředí se zabývá udržitelností podnikání v regulovaném odvětví sociálních služeb. Jejím cílem je za pomocí především modelování bodu zvratu vytvořit nový business model pro konkrétní neziskovou organizaci Centrum Seňorina, z. s. poskytující sociální odlehčovací služby klientům s Alzheimerovou chorobou. Pro porovnání a získání možných podkladů pro vytvoření nového business plánu byly zanalyzovány další dvě organizace poskytující odlehčovací služby – Pečovatelské centrum Praha 7 a SeneCura SeniorCentrum Kolín s. r. o. Data pro použité metody pochází z veřejně dostupných zdrojů nebo byla poskytnuta vedením organizace Centrum Seňorina, z. s. za účelem vypracování této práce. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis Business model of a social services provider focused on clients with Alzheimer's disease in a regulated environment deals with the sustainability of business in the regulated social services sector. The goal of this thesis is to create a new business model for a specific non-profit organization called Centrum Seňorina, z. s., which provides respite care to clients with Alzheimer's disease. Sensitivity analysis on break even point was used to create the business model. To obtain and compare possible data for the creation of a new business plan, two other organizations providing respite care were analyzed - Pečovatelské centrum Praha 7 and SeneCura SeniorCentrum Kolín s. r. o. Data used in this thesis come from publicly available sources or were provided by the management of Centrum Seňorina, z. s. for the purpose of this thesis. |
