| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá rolemi zpětné vazby v ukončeném podnikání. Cílem práce je analýza zkušeností se zpětnou vazbou v procesu podnikání pěti participantů, kteří ukončili vlastní podnikání. Výzkum je proveden formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, které jsou následně vyhodnoceny metodou IPA. Přepis rozhovorů, ze kterých analýza vychází, je doslovný z důvodu zachování co možná největší autentičnosti zkušenosti participantů. Práce rozšiřuje dosavadní pohled na role zpětné vazby v procesu podnikání a poskytuje nový pohled na tok zpětné vazby v procesu podnikání. Zdůrazňuje důležitost osoby poskytovatele i příjemce a vztah mezi nimi. Výzkum přináší komplexní pochopení toků zpětné vazby a její vliv na osobu podnikatele. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the roles of feedback in terminated entrepreneurships. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the experience with feedback in entrepreneurship process of five participants who ended their own entrepreneurships. The research is carried out in the form of semi-structured interviews, which are then evaluated using the IPA method. The transcript of the interviews on which the analysis is based is literal in order to preserve the greatest possible authenticity of the participant's experiences. The thesis expands the current view on the role of feedback in the entrepreneurship process and provides a new view on the flow of feedback in the entrepreneurship process. It emphasizes the importance of both the provider and the recipient and the relationship between them. Research provides a comprehensive understanding of feedback flows and its impact on the entrepreneur. |
