| Abstract: | Nelegální obchodování s lidmi nabývá od 90. let 20. století na síle. Jedná se o formu novodobého otroctví, kdy je současně obchodováno s miliony žen, mužů, ale i dětí. Tímto fenoménem se začala zabývat řada mezinárodních organizací, ale i po několika letech snah se zločin nedaří vymýtit. V evropském prostoru působí Organizace pro bezpečnosti a spolupráci v Evropě i Rada Evropy. Cílem diplomové práce je porovnat, jakým tématům se tyto organizace věnují ve svých hlavních dokumentech řešících problematiku nelegálního obchodování s lidmi. Těmito dokumenty jsou Akční plán OBSE pro boj proti nelegálnímu obchodování s lidmi a Úmluva Rady Evropy o opatřeních proti obchodování s lidmi. Na základě obsahové analýzy vyplynula témata společná i rozdílná. Další částí práce je zasazení organizací a obsahové analýzy do kontextu. V této části je zkoumáno, zda má na řešení problému z pohledu dané organizace vliv to, jaký má organizace charakter, tedy za jakých podmínek daná organizace vznikla a na jakých stojí hodnotách. |

| Abstract: | Trafficking in human beings has been gaining momentum since the 1990s. It is a form of modern-day slavery, with millions of women, men and children being trafficked at this time. Many international organizations have begun to address this phenomenon, but even after several years of efforts, this crime has not been eradicated. The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe and the Council of Europe operate in the European area. The aim of this thesis is to compare what topics these organizations address in their main documents regarding the issue of trafficking in human beings. These are the OSCE Action Plan to Combat Trafficking in Human Beings and Council of Europe Convention on Action against Trafficking in Human Beings. Based on the content analysis, common and different topics emerged. Another part of this thesis is the setting of organizations and content analysis in context. In this part, it is examined whether the organizations’ background (such as under what conditions the organization was established and its values) has an impact on the topics and solutions offered by the respective organization. |
