| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá právními a ekonomickými aspekty v souvislosti s regulací kryptoměn a jejich vlivem na podnikatelské prostředí v České republice a Německu. První část mapuje svět kryptoměn a vysvětluje jejich v podstatu ve vztahu k funkcím peněz. Zbytek práce se věnuje samotné legislativě a jejímu vývoji, kde jsou nejdříve podrobně rozebrány jednotlivé předpisy v rámci celé Evropské Unie. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována i budoucím legislativním návrhům. Dále se práce věnuje dvěma vybraným členským zemím, u kterých jsou představeny jednotlivé druhy podnikání, právní předpisy a jejich historický vývoj. Předpisy jsou dále analyzovány z hlediska jejich závaznosti a v jejich důležitosti vůči podnikání. Zjištěné závěry a předpoklady z obou členýských zemích jsou následně komparovány s daty z podnikání. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with legal and economic aspects of the regulation of cryptocurrencies and their possible impact on the business environment in the Czech Republic and Germany. The first part focuses on the world of cryptocurrencies and explains their essence in relation to money functions. The rest of the thesis is devoted to the legislation within business environment itself and its historical development. Firstly, legislation throughout the European Union is being analyzed, and special attention is also given to future proposals for individual regulations. Furthermore, the rest of the thesis is devoted to two preselected European countries. Here are introduced the various types of business, legislation, and their historical development. The author then focuses on the regulations in terms of their binding nature and their importance to the business. The findings and assumptions from both member countries are then compared with business data. |
